I would not remove the sniper rifle from the server
For how many years do we pay with this setting?
And with the fact that there are only 1 sniper/team, there ist the posibility that everyone can use it.
And another big disadvantage for the sniper rifle additional to the „no-bash-function“: the Reload Time ; )

Start a usefull poll please. kill the player instantly if he camps over 10 secs . Players like kro who they camp for minutes they will be last at score .

I 100% aggree with Speedy here.
Krog is always the last man standing cause of extreme camp in his spawn base.

Sorry I couldn't voice my opinion sooner on this I was having some issues trying to login to my account. In regards to this topic of having the sniper removed due to it being overpowered I will say that I agree completely with Krog that it is an unfair advantage because of a number of reasons listed below.
Here is my personal issue with the current Sniper on vetus.
1st - It shoots much faster than a rifle it's almost feels like you are using an M1 with the fire rate.
2nd - It does a lot more damage than the rifle. Everyone using a rifle can either do damage or kill their target but with the sniper it seems to only kill the target it feels like it's a one shot kill.
3rd- This should be 1st because this is we're it's definitely been edited. The runspeed isn't normal if the style of being a sniper is about camping and that's their advantage then why give it a extra bonus advantage of being able to run faster than what the custom sniper settings are set to?
4th - You might think it's fair having just one sniper per team but it's always just "one" person that always has it. It's unfair for other players that want to play with it and use the advantages it gives but no, no one is allowed because of that one person that always chooses it and never picks anything else.
5th - What tends to happen quite a bit is that some players who are on the same team will intentionally kill each other to drop an extra sniper so they can have 2 or 3 snipers vs the other team on example always happens on the bridge map which is why I suggest not having a limit on how many can choose this gun also those players are breaking rules and nothing gets done about it.
overall I think the sniper having the ability to zoom in by scope should be the only advantage allowed for the gun. The runspeed shoudn't be edited, the damage shouldn't be edited. I don't want it to be removed I just want it to have the custom settings. That's my opinion anyway, I wouldn't put in the effort of making a comment if it wasn't an issue.

As long as i remember there was a lot of players copmplaining about the sniper rifle and its been like that forever. I mean lets put it this way when we play '' most of older players '' we never take sniper as it feels unfair to others. Speacialy with axis sniper you can basically run and gun without aiming at all. I mean most of us consider it as '' Pussy gun'' If that makes sense

Agree with craw on this because his post is long  . My suggestion is to reduce the sniper damage.
Like taking a G43 sniper which takes 2 shots to kill

I would agree with Craw only if all players has equal pings etc.
But now "this is not happening ha-ha-houa-hahoua" ( telling that with the voice from mohaa voice message if you remember )
Why players with ultra fast ping never care for the rest ? Its not big deal 2 snipers for 24 ppl.
Another major issue is the axis rifle . There are 20 standart ppl who ALWAYS join axis for that reason. Axis rifle is faster and more powerful than allies . Then give all ppl the choice to select that rifle.
I can lead you to a objective solution with logic - fairness for all. Lets do this step by step with simple arguments ! ( cause some ppl here has subjective opinion )

A scope weighs 400 - 500g, why should a sniper be slower? because of 500g? it doesn't make sense to me. Not bash and reloading longer is a disadvantage enough i mean.
all arguments are not really valid, just guesses. When I play against Sniper I have the same conditions. It always depends on the player who has that weapon. There is a difference between an experienced player having the sniper and a beginner. According to you, every beginner should get the best spot because he has a sniper... he can shoot in any direction, he hits everyone anyway... right? .. no! you have to aim. And the more experienced the player, the better he hits.

Say that to "Remove the Sniper" guys .
Talking about an online game which no1 priority to enjoy your game is SPEED. The first thing you see before enter a server is what ping it has. noone choose a high ping.
A little advantage for high pings or amateur players is nothing. We talk for about 2 Snipers and 24 people.

no bash is nothing compared to the damage the snipe does, you don't even need to bash when hitting big toe on left foot is a kill
also, reloading 1 bullet (all you need to kill) in a snipe is much faster than regular rifle reload so again, this is overpowered weapon
